The Burnt Store Isles community, also
known as "BSI" by locals, boasts stunning waterfront and golf course
homesites. Established in the late 1970s, BSI is a deed-restricted community
that continues to see new construction. With over 1400 single-family parcels,
more than 60% of the properties are located on a city-maintained seawall/canal
system that offers direct boating access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of
Mexico. The remaining homesites overlook the fairways of the Twin Isles Country Club, which is

Interstate 75 just 1.5 miles away. Historic downtown Punta Gorda is only 3
miles north, while the Punta Gorda Airport
(PDG) is 5 miles northeast. The SW Florida International Airport (RSW) in Ft.
Myers is a quick 40-minute drive south.
